I had just stepped onto the immense white sands of Luskentyre on the Isle of Harris. The beach seemed endless, framed by dunes and dark clouds gathering in the distance.

Then, as I walked around a dune, it appeared: a solitary white horse, grazing quietly beneath the dramatic sky. For a moment, it felt less like reality and more like something from a fairytale—a vision emerging from the landscape itself.

These are the moments I search for with my camera. Not just beautiful places, but those rare encounters when light, atmosphere and subject come together to create something that feels almost magical.
